1. Introduction

Welcome to Eco Jet Wash Services. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms govern the use of our residential and commercial pressure washing services within the United Kingdom.

2. Services Provided

Eco Jet Wash Services offers exterior cleaning solutions including but not limited to:

  • Driveway and patio pressure washing

  • Building façade cleaning

  • Decking, fencing, and outdoor furniture cleaning

  • All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Quotations and Bookings

All quotes are free and valid for 30 days.

A booking is only confirmed once we receive written or verbal acceptance and any required deposit.

Final costs may vary if additional services are requested or unforeseen issues arise (e.g., extreme staining, hazardous materials).

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide safe access to water and electricity if required.

  • Remove fragile or valuable items from the work area.

  • Ensure the work area is free of pets and children during service.

  • Eco Jet Wash Services is not responsible for any damage resulting from pre-existing structural weaknesses or improperly installed surfaces.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 25% of the quoted service.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card.

Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

7. Liability

While we take utmost care, Eco Jet Wash Services shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear to surfaces.

  • Any damage resulting from customer failure to follow pre-service instructions.

  • Delays caused by events beyond our control.

We carry public liability insurance up to £1,000,000

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to deliver high-quality results. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will assess the concern and, if necessary, offer a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion.

9. Environmental Commitment

Eco Jet Wash Services uses environmentally responsible methods and biodegradable cleaning solutions whenever possible, in accordance with UK environmental guidelines.

10. Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
